REGISTRATION FEES – EUROPEAN CONFERENCE AUTHORS
The authors must make an early registration (same values as conference delegates) – not after January 31st (otherwise it will not be feasible to include the paper in the CDRom with the proceedings).

REGISTRATION FEES - CONFERENCE DELEGATES
EUROPEAN CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES:
Two-day European Conference, Exhibition, Ride and Drive, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Portuguese Wine and Cheese Tasting Closing Session, two lunches, coffee breaks and the CDRom conference proceedings.

Early Registration (until 15th February 2004)
Delegate Fee 600 Euros
Delegate Fee for AVERE/APVE members 500 Euros

Registration (after 15th February 2004)
Delegate Fee 720 Euros
Delegate Fee for AVERE/APVE members 600 Euros

NATIONAL CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES:
One-day National Conference (in Portuguese), Opening and Plenary Sessions of the European Conference, Exhibition, Ride and Drive, Welcome Reception, one lunch, one coffee break.

Delegate Fee 180 Euros
Delegate Fee for AVERE/APVE members 150 Euros

EUROPEAN and NATIONAL CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES:
All items included in both events.

Delegate Fee 820 Euros

REGISTRATION FEES - ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Accompanying Persons 150 Euros

Fee includes participation in the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner and Portuguese Wine and Cheese Tasting Closing Session, Exhibition, Ride and Drive.

EXTRA-TICKETS
Extra-tickets for lunches, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Portuguese Wine and Cheese Tasting Closing Session are available on-site. These tickets must be booked before the beginning of the Conference.

CONDITIONS
Registration will only be confirmed after full payment has been received . Payments should be made by bank transfer.
All bank transfer commissions to be born by Conference Delegates.

CANCELLATIONS AND REPLACEMENTS
Should you wish to cancel before 29th February 2004, a 25% administration fee will be charged. After that date the full fee will be retained.
Replacements are accepted when communicated in writing to the conference secretariat.
